To provide some additional updates we've doing a littler here and there with the house. Costco had a great deal on laminate floor. Here's a before and after pic of the living room. In the after pic, the fireplace renovation was done last year. The flooring was installed about 1.5 weeks ago. If any of you need someone to install laminate flooring, give me a call. :o)
